Most Commonly Asked Questions

Do you provide outside storage for vehicles?

We do not have outside storage for vehicles. We do have a few garage units available for autos and require a copy of the current registration and proof of insurance on file.

What are your methods of payment?

We accept cash, checks, money orders and most major credit cards.

Will you send me a monthly statement?

We send out email invoices once a month. Paper invoices are availiable for a small fee. We do accept payment in advance; however, we do not provide refunds.

Do you provide a lock?

We do not provide you with a lock; however, you can purchase a new Disc Lock from our office. You may also bring your own lock. You store it - You lock it - You keep the key!

Do you offer any discounts or specials?

We offer specials based on availability. Please contact the business office for more details.

What type of security do you provide?

We have video cameras, alarmed unit doors and individual coded gate access.

What items cannot be stored?

You cannot store hazardous, toxic or illegal substances. No improperly packaged food or perishable items. Give us a call for more information.

What is the difference between office hours and gate hours?

During office hours staff are available to assist you with your storage needs, answer questions, engage in leasing and take payment. Gate hours or access hours are the hours your property can be accessed at the facility.

What is the difference between an indoor unit and an outdoor unit?

An outdoor unit is one that you may walk up to outside of a building or drive directly up to the entrance. An indoor unit is one that will require you to enter a building located on the property to access the entrance of your storage unit. We have a combination of units.
